Sad þou stodest as godys knygth
prechyng the pepill of gods myzth
manes plenus gratie
Before the tyrand þou were brozt
Stroks of payne þou dredest nozt
God was with the in all thy thozt
Spes eterne glorie.
With synfull wrecchys þou were take
Thy feyth þou woldest not forsake
But rather to dye for gods sake
Circumfusio sanguine.
