Now sen thow speikis on hir thow wreik it weill
Gif thow hes caus, thy self thow hes sum feill.
Thank hir na mair, than thow had hangit bene,
Gif thow hes hap now hit hir on the heill
And spair hir nocht, thocht scho war stif as steill
For scho hes bene to the richt wonder kene,
Quhilk in na sort pertenit to ane Quene
On sic ane wise a ȝoung Clerk to gar keill
