A penitent drunckard.

When Will is druncke, he is obsequiously
Deuoted to his prayers, doth weepe & cry:

Sighes and is sorry for his acted sinne,
And will a new and vertuous life beginne.
But when religious Will hath left the pot,
His zeale growes cold, his prayers are quite forgot:
Then why is drunkennesse entitled sinne,
When Will doth alwayes pray when he is in.
