VVho thinks dame Fortune blinde, and spoylde of Eyes,
And spyes our Peace, our State, hath little Skill:
For loe, King IAMES, Good, Holie, Great and Wyse,
Doth guide and rule her rowling Wheele at will.
Now good Men finde Preferment, Vertue Price:
Rods are the Fooles Rewards, and Strypes for Vice.
