To Phyla.
Phyla I will not enquire,What hath been thy past desire,
Nor is't fitting you should know
Unto whom I've made a vow,
Prithee Phyla tell me now
What has made thee to retire,
Is it 'cause I do admire
Other beauties, is it so?
Tell me Phila, I think no,
For I still retain the fire
Which was kindled long agoe
In my mind, and flameth higher,
If I chance to come but nigh her;
Phyla wilt thou know who 'tis,
Speak (thy self) thou can'st not misse,
