How many contradictions dayly come
Born on the wings of lying fame! by some
We hear of Battailes, stratagems, and sleights
Whil'st others make them victories, or flights.
All various rumors struggle for beliefe
Whil'st varying humours seed the present griefe.

Salute's our greedy eares: O, may it please
The all-disposing power above, to frame
Our fitted hearts, to entertaine the same.
