The Light Still Shining In The Darkness
Once I musing was in spirit,
Why the Light in darkness shone;
Why, amidst the early ages,
It by man was never known.

Though within the mind it beamed;
Yet the Light none comprehended,
Prophets mused and sages dreamed.

“Why thy wonder thus express?
In the world that Light still shineth,
All mankind to save and bless.
