RESOLVED that the actions relating to the chairholders are approved as shown below:

(a) Election of Chairholders

  • Ms. Barbara E. Armacost as Horace W. Goldsmith Research Professor of Law, for three years, effective May 25, 2006. Ms. Armacost will continue as Professor of Law, without term.

  • Ms. Margo A. Bagley as Class of 1941 Research Professor of Law, for three years, and Professor of Law, without term, effective May 25, 2006, at an annual salary of $207,800.

  • Mr. Lenard R. Berlanstein as Commonwealth Professor of History, effective August 25, 2006. Mr. Berlanstein will continue as Professor of History, without term.
