RESOLVED FURTHER that the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer is authorized to approve reduced tuition rates for the residents of Kentucky and Tennessee who live in counties that are within a 50-mile radius of The University of Virginia’s College at Wise anho are enrolled at the College in accordance with Section 23-7.4:2.F. of the Code of Virginia.
