William Morris of Princeton and New York was an alumnus and a bibliophile. He donated part of his collection to the University and he and Mrs. Morris bequeathed funds to be used for the Special Collections Library Building Fund to establish an endowment for rare books.

On motion, the meeting was adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
