  RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following persons be and they are hereby elected Professor Emeritus:
• Mr. Almand R. Coleman, Professor of Business Administration.
• Mr. William L. Duren, Jr., University Professor of Mathematics.
• Miss Frances Farmer, Professor of Law and Law Librarian.
• Mr. Lewis M. Hammond, Professor of Philosophy.
• Mr. B. F. D. Runk, Samuel Miller Professor of Experimental Agriculture and Forestry.
