around; D4v shares some
headline material with B4v.
Pauses for correction: one, correcting spelling and
punctuation on D1r and ap
parently causing a signature-mark shift.
After printing: all pages kept standing with their
skeletons.
This printing of quire D is probably a bit short, as one surviving copy
from
Phase III was apparently completed with quire D from Norton's final
state
(D1r:2a3).
