RETIREMENTS:
Dr. William Allison Kepner, Professor of Biology, and Mr. Herman Patrick Johnson, Associate Professor
of English Literature, having reached the retirement ages of 70 years, be and the same
are hereby effective from September 30, 1946.

RESOLVED, that the retirements of Dr. William Allison Kepner and Mr. Herman Patrick Johnson be
and the same are hereby accepted, effective September 30, 1946. These gentlemen have carried on
their work at the University with devotion and skill, and the Board wishes for them many years of
happiness in their retirement.
