CONTRACT WITH CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE LEASING ADDITIONAL LAND ON OBSERVATORY MOUNTAIN IN ORDER TO
IMPROVE AND ENLARGE THE FILTER PLANT:
The President presented the amended contract in the foregoing matter and the following resolution
was adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Rector be and he is hereby authorized and requested to execute
and deliver said contract in the name and on behalf of the Rector and Visitors of
the University of Virginia, and the Secretary is hereby instructed to affix the
corporate seal thereto and attest the same.
