SECRETARY ABSENT
The Rector having declared the Board in Executive Session, the Secretary withdrew from the
Board room at 12:00 o'clock, being recalled at 12:10. During this interval there was a brief
discussion of the Secretary's salary, and the matter was referred to the Finance Committee in
consultation with the President.
