The following resolution was adopted by the Board:
RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia
that the resignation of Dr. Lewis F. Bell, Lecturer in Internal Medicine, be and it is hereby
accepted as of December 31, 1952.
