RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia
that Dr. Glassell Slaughter Fitz-Hugh be and he is hereby promoted to Professor of Otolaryngology
and chairman of the school, effective July 1, 1951, at a salary of $1,000 per year from the University
