CITY WATER SUPPLY
The following resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia
that the City of Charlottesville be and is hereby authorized to construct a small booster plant for
the City water supply, this plant to be located on a small plot on Lambeth Field.
