He did say that the first
probable action taken by
the General Assembly on the
commission's proposals would
be at its 1974 session when the
legislative commission will
submit its first official report.
Mr. Stone also stressed that his
ideas are not necessarily the
same as the majority of his
commission, but he added that
he hoped it would support his
proposals.

All Mr. Stone would say for
sure about the future of his
plan was, "I'd like to see it
done in my lifetime."
