CALLED MEETING

Present T. J. Randolph & F. Minor
No quorum. Rector determined to make another effort
to get a meeting of the Board to decide whether the University
should be opened or not for the next session. So called a
meeting to be held on the 24th inst.
Adjourned to the 24th July 1862.
