  RESOLVED that the following faculty members be and they are hereby granted leave of absence:
• Ms. Nancy E. Hilt, Assistant Professor of Nursing, for the period September 1, 1988 through May 31, 1989, without pay, for personal reasons.
• Mr. Ravindra S. Khare, Professor of Anthropology, for the period January 16, 1988 through May 31, 1988, without pay, to accept a fellowship with the University of Chicago.

• Dr. Alfon B. Mosca, Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine, for the period December 1, 1987 through April 30, 1988, with pay, for personal reasons.
• Ms. Natalie K. Moyle, Associate Professor of Slavic Languages and Literatures, for the period January 16, 1989 through May 31, 1989, without pay, to compile and annotate Ukrainian folktales.
• Mr. Theodore W. Rall, Professor of Pharmacology, for the period January 1, 1988 through April 30, 1988, with partial pay, to work as co-editor on textbook at University of Texas.
• Mr. Gresham M. Sykes, Professor of Sociology, for the period January 16, 1988 through May 31, 1988, without pay, to qualify for the early retirement plan as approved by the Board of Visitors.
• Mr. James S. Trefil, University Professor of Physics, for the period September 1, 1988 through May 31, 1989, without pay, to do research.
