PHOTOGRAPHS OF BOARD MEMBERS
The Rector announced that each member of the Board of Visitors should send photographs of themselves to Mr. William A. Hobbs, Director, Development and Public Affairs, Pavilion V, West Lawn, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903.
The photograph should be an unmounted black and white 8'' by 10'' head and shoulders only, with a full (front) face. The Rector further instructed the Secretary to place this request in the minutes of this meeting in order that all members might be reminded of his request.
