in 10 point Benedictine type. Typesetting and
presswork are products of The Williams Printing
Company of Richmond, Virginia. Its
work upon the book has been done under the
supervision of Roy H. Williams, Jr. Four
thousand copies have been printed.

The engravings have been made by the Metropolitan
Engraving and Electrotype Company
of Richmond, Virginia, under the supervision
of Fred A. Dabney.

The use of the insignia of wartime services
in the jacket design was conceived by the editor
and was executed by Charles W. Smith of
Charlottesville, Virginia.
