Letter Policy

The Cavalier Daily welcomes
letters from all members of the
University community. Letters
should be limited to 300 words,
typed, and double spaced.
Shorter letters enhance chances
for publication.

Any member of the
community interested in writing
more fully about an area of
particular knowledge and
interest should consider a
Colloquium article. Colloquium
articles should be discussed in
advance with the Publisher or
Special Projects Editor.

The opinions expressed by
letters and columnists are not
necessarily those of the The
Cavalier Daily.

The Cavalier Daily reserves
the right to edit letters, and to
accept or reject those which are
too long, anonymous, libelous,
in poor taste, or are based on
obvious factual errors. In order
to verify contributions we ask
all authors to please include
their names, addresses, telephone
numbers, and school.
