  Quarto, pp. [8], 1–19, 24–42 (there are no pages 20–23); A — F in fours. In one
  surviving copy (John Carter Brown Library, Providence, R.I.) a cancel replaces
  sig. A2r–v with a dedication to Sir Robert Heath. The book ends with a list of
  Errata (p. 42) and a blank leaf.

• Reissue of the same text, with the date on the title page changed. This should
  not be confused with the Sea Grammar, also published in 1627.

  Command, belonging to the Building, Rigging, and Sayling a Man of Warre; and
  how to manage a Navy and Fight at Sea. Together with the Charge and Duty of
  every Officer, and their Shares. Also the Names, Weight, Charge, Shot, and
  Powder, of all sorts of great Ordnance. With the use of the Petty Tally. London,
  Printed by T. H[arper] for Benjamin Fisher, and are to be sold at his shop at the
  sign of the Talbot in Aldersgate street. 1636.

  Octavo, pp. [10], 62; A in six, B–D in eights, and E in seven. There is no
  author's name. This is a reprint of the 1626 edition in smaller format, with a dedication
  to "Algernoon [sic], Lord Percy, Earle of Northumberland ...," and a table
  of contents replacing Smith's dedication and address "To the Reader."
