New-England, and the Summer Isles ... With Notes. Facsimile reproduction, privately
printed, Cambridge, Mass., with three pages of notes by L[uther] S. L[ivingston],
bearing on the differences between the plan as proposed and the final work, and
on the typographical characteristics that permitted the identification of the
printers of both the broadside and the Generall Historie.
