Next after her, vpon the triumph waited

And styl'd the Ladies of the Maidenhead,
In white, wrought here and there with spots of red,
And euery spot appeared as a staine
Of louers blood, whom their hard hearts had slaine:
Ranckt three, and three; and on each head a crowne
Of Primeroses, and Roses not yet blowne.
