Upon his Version of Pyrander.
If this Trage-Comedy in England chanceTo find such welcome as it did in France,
Twill highly be esteem'd; nor do I see
But it may look for like Civility:
For, neither Prose nor Verse have lost, but won
In point of strength by this Traduction.
So have I known brisk Gascon wines brought ore,
And drink far better on our English shore.
