SONG II.

Second Bard.
But lo! fair Windsor's tow'rs appear,
And hills with spreading oaks imbrown'd!
Hark! hark! the voice of joy I hear,
Sung by a thousand echoes round;
And now I view a glitt'ring train,
In triumph march o'er yonder plain.

Grand Chorus of Spirits and Bards.
Hail mighty nation! ever fam'd in war!
Lo! heav'n descends thy festivals to share;
To view those heroes, whose immortal praise
Celestial bards shall sing in living lays.
