The being that we have, ordered this Ball
We trample with a word, and without sweat
Gave essence, and existence to the great
And lesser Creatures, and requir'd no more
Materials pre-existent, then a poore
Nothing, and thence with an all-potent hand
First made, then perfected Fire, Ayre, Sea, Land.

The Greek Doctors hold the Angels to have bin created before the world: the Latin D. with the World; which opinion is more probable, though the other is not erronious.
