TRANSFER OF STOCK HELD BY THE PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK TO ITS NOMINEE:
On motion it was
RESOLVED, by the Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia, That all
certificates of stock registered in the name of the Rector and Visitors of the
University of Virginia and deposited with the Peoples National Bank of Charlottesville,
Virginia, a depository of the University of Virginia, be transferred to the WABY & CO.
the Nominee of the said bank.
