CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES.

Who plants the seed the fruit will find,
Whether it please or plague his mind:
The seed he sows in time will come,
To prove his joy, or fix his doom.
Beware then what the seed when sown,
Till 'tis too late to wish it down.
