Quhat helpis it, thocht we the wourd professe,
Except the Frute proceid thairof expresse?
Thus lat ȝour deids so schyne in tymes to cum,
Tha sall be sene, and kend till all and sum,
That the Behaldars may crye with Ioyfull steuin,
“Grace, glore, and honour, be to the Father of Heuin!”
So quhen ȝour werks dois with ȝour wourds aggre,
No dout ȝe sall the Father glorefie.
