And thou faire Bride, more beautious then the day,
Thy Day is come, and Hymen eats away;
Awake, and rouze thee from thy downy slumber;
Thy Day is come: and may thy ioyes outnumber
Thy minutes that are past, and to ensue;
Arise, and bid thy maiden bed, adieu;
Put on thy nuptiall robes, Time cals away:
O may thy after dayes be like this Day.
Thy Day is come, and Hymen eats away;
Awake, and rouze thee from thy downy slumber;
Thy Day is come: and may thy ioyes outnumber
Thy minutes that are past, and to ensue;
Arise, and bid thy maiden bed, adieu;
Put on thy nuptiall robes, Time cals away:
O may thy after dayes be like this Day.
