Artists affirme that from the burning LineSome Starres of Aries North-ward now decline,
And the slow-pac'd Cynosure appeares
Nearer the fixt Pole, than in former yeares:
No marvell then blind Mortals walke astray,
When Heav'ns cleare eies have lost their wonted way.
