Here in these gloomy Shades (with th' other) oft
They Din'd, they Supp'd; their warbling Minstrels brought
Those plum'd-coat Songsters, chanting Nightingale,
Shrill Blackbird, jolly Thrush: which should prevail
In favour, straining, round their organ-throats:
Whose Base supply'd the Fountains bubling noats:
Polindor Butler seem'd (Cooke useless showes,
Since cold food Summer) Lips for Sweet-meat cloze.
