The James Wilson Hall annex to New Cabell Hall continues rising as its workmen hasten to meet their projected January 1, 1969 completion date. By this session's second semester, College students should be able to enjoy the building's much-needed classrooms and lecture halls, but until then they better keep an eye out for falling bricks.
