ACC CERTIFICATION

The Rector reminded the Board that under the rules of the Atlantic Coast Conference, he is required, at this time of the year, to certify that he has read to the Board a statement attesting to the fact that the direction of intercollegiate athletics at the University is under the supervision of the President. He read the necessary statement, supplied by the ACC, signed it and directed the Secretary to forward it to the Commissioner of the ACC.
