CHANGE IN TITLE
RESOLVED that the title of Mr. Blake B. Woodson, who was elected Instructor in Foreign
Affairs on September 8, 1950, be and it is hereby changed to Lecturer in Foreign Affairs for the
first semester of the session of 1950-51.
