FRAGMENTARY
How beautiful the hazy morning seems!And calm, and tranquil: though the mist still glooms
O'er the horizon; shutting out sun beams.
Through dew and mist the bright sun comes,
And redolent with spring the primrose blooms.
One almost feels spring growing in the grass;
The hedge rows round you, with its sweet perfumes
Gives to the winnowing breezes as they pass—
A thrill of joy which lifes dark sphere illumes—
