Who art Thou, Starry Ghost
Who art thou, starry ghost,That ridest on the air
At head of all the host,
And art so burning-eyed
For all thy strengthlessness?
World, I am no less
Than She whom thou hast awaited;
She who remade a Poland out of nothingness,
And hath created
Ireland out of a breath of pride
In the reed-bed of despair.
