On the Lotteries.
Some doe condemne our late great Lotteries,And say they were but tricks and fopperies
For to get money: This is all the thanke
They giue the Founders; yet all were not blanke.
One myracle it wrought, say what they can,
It made a Tayler for to be a Man.
