Sec. 1-3. Constitutionality.

If any part or parts, section or subsection, sentence, clause
or phrase of this Code is for any reason declared to be unconstitutional
or invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this Code. (Code 1959,
§ 1-3.)
