The bursar's office looks as if it is getting ready for a student rebellion, surrounded on three sides by a deep trench. Actually the trench is part of a Buildings & Grounds project to install hot and cold water pipes from Washington Hall to Cabell Hall. Similar projects are being started all over the Grounds as the Buildings & Grounds Department is initiating its summer work projects. This particular project should be completed by the fall, in time for returning University Students.
