Yesterday was the final day to add a course in the College of Arts and Sciences without becoming subject to a penalty. As is evident, many students waited until the last minute to file their add/drop cards, and this resulted in quite a jam-up on the fourth floor of Cabell Hall outside the Office of the Dean. The deadline for dropping a course without incurring a grade of "F" will not be reached for another five weeks.
