PROMOTIONS
The following resolution was adopted:
- RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following promotions be and they are hereby made:
- Mr. Edmund Berkeley, Jr., Instructor, to Assistant Professor, for three years, effective 1 January 1970, at a session salary of $[OMITTED], plus 20 percent for summer work, or a total salary of $[OMITTED].
- Miss Mary E. Hazzard, Assistant Professor, to Associate Professor of Nursing, for three years, effective 1 February 1970, at an annual salary of $[OMITTED].
- Dr. Edgar C. Lawson, Clinical Instructor, to Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, for three years, effective 1 July 1970.
- Dr. Hubert A. Marshall, Clinical Instructor to Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, for three years, effective 1 July 1970.
- Dr. George D. Spence, Clinical Instructor, to Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, for three years, effective 1 July 1970.
- Dr. Claiborne G. Whitworth, Clinical Instructor, to Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, for three years, effective 1 July 1970.
