The pamphlet, which has
been written by Law and
Medical students at the
University, has been edited to
remove some segments
considered objectionable by
the School Board, according to
Mr Mannix. The booklet
includes recent changes in drug
laws.

Council's proposal provides
for the printing of 3,000 copies
of the pamphlet for
distribution among the 6,000
students in the city's schools.
Distribution would be through
home rooms or at an assembly.
