Say farther how the cause of faction thrives,
For James how ready to devote our lives;
Our hierogliphick almanacks describe,
Our Envoy-beadle and addressing tribe;
How treason gives pretensions to a place,
And loyalty escapes by Acts of Grace;
How Fiddes for the church fatigues his quill,
And how the devil looks o'er Lincoln still.
