On the Countess of Dorch***er.
By the Earl of D***t.
Proud with the Spoils of Royal Cully,
With false pretence to Wit and Parts;
She swaggers like a batter'd Bully,
To try the Tempers of Mens Hearts.
With false pretence to Wit and Parts;
She swaggers like a batter'd Bully,
To try the Tempers of Mens Hearts.
Tho she appear as glitt'ring fine,
As Gems, and Jests, and Paint can make her;
She ne'er can win a Breast like mine,
The Devil and Sir David take her.
As Gems, and Jests, and Paint can make her;
She ne'er can win a Breast like mine,
The Devil and Sir David take her.
