Sec. 14-19. Obstructing stopcocks or fixtures; interfering
with pipes.
No person shall obstruct any fixture connected with the gas
works in any manner, or remove or injure any pipe or open the
same so as to waste gas. (Code 1959, § 14-19; 3-17-75, § 1.)
